Usual Shenanigans Collective - Service License & Terms of Use

Effective Date: [22/05/2025]

1. Overview

Usual Shenanigans Collective (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides access to online game servers and related services (“Services”) at no monetary cost to users (“you,” “your,” “User”), subject to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using our Services.

2. Nature of use

The Services are offered free of charge as a courtesy to the gaming community. We may, at our discretion, accept voluntary donations to support operational costs. Such donations are entirely optional and do not entitle any donor to preferential treatment, access, ownership, or any other rights beyond those outlined in these Terms.

3. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

  • a. Temporarily or permanently suspend, restrict, or terminate any User's access to the Services for conduct that violates these Terms, our community guidelines, rules of play, or applicable law.

  • b. Suspend access temporarily or permanently based on behavior we deem inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to other users or the integrity of the Services, even if such behavior is not explicitly prohibited.

    All suspension and termination decisions are final. We are under no obligation to provide notice, justification, or appeal mechanisms for these actions.

4. Access is a Privilege, not a right.

Access to our game servers is a revocable privilege, not a guaranteed right. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding server uptime, availability, consistency, or longevity. We reserve the right to shut down, restrict, reconfigure, or discontinue any server or feature at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

5. No Right to Specific Servers or Features

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • No individual or group has a vested right to access any specific game server or environment.

  • Platform access is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-perpetual.

  • Any or all Services may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion, including removal of specific servers, maps, game modes, player data or any other content.

6. Donations

While we may advertise and accept donations to help sustain operations, such donations:

  • Are voluntary and non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Do not constitute a purchase or contract for services.

  • Do not confer ownership, administrative privileges, preferential treatment, or any guarantee of service availability.

  • Will not be refunded in the event of a temporary or permanent suspension or ban, regardless of the reason for such disciplinary action.

By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that it does not entitle you to continued access to any part of the Services, and that disciplinary actions may still be taken against you in accordance with these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Usual Shenanigans Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • a. Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services;
  • b. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
  • c. Any content obtained from the Services; and
  • d. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will have a maximum of 24 hours notice/warning before a change in the amended terms takes effect. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the services.
